First an apology - I fell behind on reading LJ during my last trip to Tyson's Corner several weeks ago. by the time I got back, I knew I was a week behind, so I kept procrastinating because I knew I didn't have sufficient time to read that many posts. Now I'm several weeks behind, and there's absolutely no hope of catching up... So, I'm just starting over. My apologies if you've seen this posted elsewhere...

Found posted on yet another favorite blog of mine -- It's Lovely, I'll take it!

Almost a year ago, I was talking about the end of Threadbared, my favorite blog.  I was sad.  I was missing their witty attacks on fashion blunders.  I thought I'd never find blog-related snarkiness that was suited to the things *I* like to poke fun at.

So, as a part time cake decorator who has a degree in English, I must say, I totally love  this cake-grammar nightmare entry at CakeWrecks.com -- which is now filling the "favorite blog" void left by Threadbared (if you haven't read Threadbared -- read the blog online or buy the book.)

My heart's a stone because my favorite blog of all times is coming to an end.   Makes winning their "How Well Do You Know Us" contest back in April so bittersweet now.
